BAQ-BONE BBQ 

FORGED IN FIRE. ROOTED IN TRADITION


BaQ-Bone BBQ & Catering is built on family, craft, and time-honored tradition. Founded by Stuart McClean, a third-generation pitmaster from East Texas, BaQ-Bone brings together classic Southern barbecue and bold Caribbean influence.

Everything we serve is pitmaster driven and craft focused. Our meats are hand-selected, seasoned with house-made rubs, and smoked low and slow over real hardwood. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just barbecue done the right way.

We work with local farmers and trusted partners whenever possible, choosing quality at every step. From brisket and ribs to sausage and chicken, every plate reflects patience, skill, and respect for the fire.

Our barbecue is a nod to our ancestors and a salute to those who taught me. What began as a Southern pastime passed down through generations grew from a need to feed family, friends, and community. My great uncles, Charles Willis and Jimmy Clyde, cooked with purpose, dedication, and love — using barbecue as a way to bring people together and serve others. Their influence lives on in every pit we fire and every plate we serve, carrying forward a piece of our family’s history.
